Zonal Head oversees sales operations of west and northwest territory to achieve the defined and assigned business goal , To build client relationship, analyze sales data, forecast trends and implement sales SOP in the region.
Strategic Planning and execution and achieving business goals
Creating and implementing regional sales plans, setting sales targets and aligning them with overall business objectives. Ensuring that the team achieve state wise monthly quarterly and annual numbers as per the defined numbers for the year
Budget management
Contributing to the development of regional sales budget, travel and market promotion budget and managing the zonal operations and expenses
Relationship building
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients /channel partners and stakeholders within the region.
Sales Performance analysis & market inputs
Analyzing sales data, identifying trends and forecasting future sales and can work out the strategy as well as the requirement of resources. Major focus on customer connect program to get Realtime updates and inputs on competitor activities.
Product & service promotion
To create brand awareness and generate demand through product online promotion as well as physical campaigns on new products launch and its features
