Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive - Maintenance in the Spices Industry based in Mumbai and the manufacturing unit in Kuthiathode, Alappuzha . The Executive will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring that equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, maintaining maintenance logs, coordinating with other departments for maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications B. Tech electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair skills Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Proficiency in using maintenance management software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Relevant experience in the food or spice industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
