In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing changes in the risk domain, encompassing BAU change management involving BRD, FRD, UAT, and change prioritization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement global changes for regulatory compliance. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in optimizing system utilization to ensure its efficacy in identifying risks and implementing necessary mitigation measures. To excel in this role, you are required to hold an MBA (Finance) and B.Tech with FRM/CFA qualifications, along with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, coupled with a solid background in risk management and experience with any risk engine. Knowledge of financial instruments and products, as well as familiarity with the Axiom (Adenza) system, will be advantageous.
