Executive Livelihood Programs

As an Executive Livelihood Programs at Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN) in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to assist the regional manager in monitoring and implementing the PANKH and TRRAINHer ascent programs in AP & TS. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with partner NGOs, collecting placement proofs, conducting placement drives, collecting testimonies and feedback, ensuring placements for trainees, counseling trainees and parents, and following up with working trainees and parents to address any job-related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying local placements, coordinating with partners, facilitating donor visits, and ensuring parent-teacher meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist regional manager in monitoring and implementing PANKH and TRRAINHer ascent programs - Coordinate with partner NGOs for day-to-day tasks - Collect and verify offer letters and update placement proofs - Conduct placement drives and employer visits - Collect testimonies, success stories, and feedback - Ensure placements for trainees with brands - Counsel trainees and parents, prepare trainees for interviews - Follow up with working trainees and parents to address job-related issues - Visit trainees and HR managers at the workplace - Identify local placements and line up interviews for trainees - Coordinate with partners for daily tasks - Facilitate donor visits at the center - Ensure parent-teacher meetings Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Post-graduation degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in skill development/livelihood initiatives Additional Details: - Good communication skills (English written and spoken) - Willingness to travel for program monitoring - Ability to handle youth and people with disabilities - Strong knowledge/command over placements - Willingness to spend time in the community at the grassroots level regularly,
