Job Scope:

The person will support initiatives starting from Training Need Identification to design and delivery of the said modules independently. The primary responsibility will be to provide end to end behavioral training to new and existing employees of the organization. The person will play a vital role in various change initiatives and new programs from a functional training standpoint. (S)he will also be involved in understanding & conducting needs analysis, content development, and professional effectiveness programs.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Training Administration 10%

  2. Coordinate onsite and offsite classroom and web conference training, including scheduling, participant registration, confirmation etc.
  3. Responsible for training material production/distribution to learners.
  4. Perform other L&D related tasks as assigned.

  1. End to End training delivery 80%

  2. Planning and executing assigned training and development programs and projects; responsibility for development, coordination, and facilitation of behavioral training.
  3. Creating learning program based in training process TNI to program delivery.
  4. Deliver content using VAK methodology in a variety of formats, including classroom, web conference and blended learning programs
  5. Track evaluation metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and learners performance.
  6. Evaluate and assess effectiveness and quality of training materials and content using business impact assessment
  7. Support various behavioral related training org wide.

  1. Client Management 10%

  2. Managing client expectations with regards to training calendarization
  3. Meeting client expectations about training delivery.
  4. Build strong relationships, partnering with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align learning with business objectives

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum Experience of around 2 years in training delivery (end to end)
  2. Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
  3. Experience in handling large projects
  4. Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  5. Must have training delivery experience of various audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Additional degrees, certifications, and qualifications in training or OD.
  2. TTT certification from any reputed organization
