Executive (L6) - BIW Maintenance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the overall BIW Maintenance activities to achieve daily shop targets, equipment troubleshooting, uptime, planning and execution of preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and cost management with knowledge of SAP Module for PM and MM. Key Responsibilities: - Daily maintenance planning for line operation, PM, and repair activities. - Spare and tool procurement planning. - Hands-on experience with BIW shop equipment such as manual and robotic IT weld guns, robots, PLC and servo systems, conveyors, lifts, sealant systems, and various hand tools. - Daily breakdown analysis with ICA and PCA. - Work allocation to team members based on their skills. - Utilize SAP for material procurement and spare management. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ensure safety standards in Weld shop operations. - Perform MTTR and MTBF analysis and implement improvement actions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in BIW Maintenance, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP system for PM and material management, benchmarking/KAIZEN/TPM, PFMEA, problem-solving techniques, management reporting, and excellent communication skills.,
