This role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, risk management, treasury, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the companys long-term objectives. Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, forecasting, and performance. Participate in strategic decision-making and operational execution. Financial Planning & Analysis Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial results and trends to provide actionable insights. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Accounting & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Lead internal and external audits. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
