Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the learning and development strategy, driving business improvement, and executing strategies to develop talent within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with training vendors to deliver and implement training sessions. - Manage training facilities across the country. - Liaise with Country Heads, Regional Heads, Country HR team, and Line Managers to plan and deliver training programs. - Manage the line trainer program and monitor training standards. - Drive L&D activities to improve standards and achieve world-class talent development. - Initiate and execute the training calendar. Qualifications Required: - Stakeholder management skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. - Proficiency in organization and process management. - Persuasiveness to engage stakeholders effectively. - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. - Commitment to excellence.,
