Reports To: Director - Sales

Overview We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and confident individual to join us as an

Executive - Key Account Management. In this role, you will work closely with large enterprise

customers, helping to build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position with structured training and mentorship, making it ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in client management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Support building and maintaining long-term relationships with large enterprise clients.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for customer interactions, inquiries, escalations, and

resolutions.

  • Learn and master the use of Zoho CRM to manage key accounts, track customer

interactions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to address client requirements effectively.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:

  • Proactively engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure timely follow-ups for a seamless client

experience.

  • Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and capture

feedback for continuous improvement.

Revenue Growth & Upselling:

  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Assist in tracking key account performance and revenue growth metrics.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track payments, send invoices, and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Generate and present reports on client performance, revenue metrics, and sales forecasts.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Share insights with internal stakeholders to guide strategy development.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in account management, preferably in a SaaS-based

solution environment.

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar customer management tools.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at

all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
