As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various aspects related to project delivery, practice management, and utilizing technology-driven tax/financial solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good accounting and tax knowledge - Possessing a strong understanding of Financial Statements - Utilizing technology-driven tax/financial solutions effectively - Familiarity with Transfer Pricing benchmarking process and global databases - Managing Transfer Pricing documentation process, including update reports, industry analysis, and economic analysis - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Meeting deadlines and serving as a role model for peers - Ensuring compliance with hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave policies, and risk policies - Completing projects efficiently with high quality - Working collaboratively in teams and handling multiple projects effectively - Taking ownership and adding value to team-wide initiatives - Demonstrating a strong presence and impact within the team - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Ability to extract and analyze data from databases and resources - Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical ability - Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction - Solution-oriented approach and attention to detail - Collaborating effectively with onshore teams to deliver quality services in line with KPMG standards.
