Roles and responsibilities

Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT support, desktop support or smart hands environment
Good understanding of hardware, peripherals, networking basics and Microsoft 365 environment
Strong hands on capability with devices, cabling and physical equipment
Good problem solving skills and ability to follow instructions and run books accurately
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience with asset handling or device deployment is an advantage
Knowledge of cloud services, SharePoint, Teams Phones is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desirable Must have Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT support, desktop support or smart hands environment
Diploma or degree in IT, computer science or related field
