1. Good working knowledge in handling Servers, Desktops, Printers, Laptops, etc. and POS Billing software.
2. Manage installation, configuration & troubleshooting of various operating systems.
3. Basic knowledge with SQL database
4. Handling Backups.
5. IT Help Desk & Resolution of Complaints.
6. Technical support on Retail Billing System, Switches, Routers, WIFI, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, EPABX, Biometric machines, etc.
7. Vendor Coordination
8. Maintain 100% uptime in System & Networking.
9. Good Attitude with smart working practice with team.
10. Any other duties given by the immediate manager or Head IT
* The position is based out of Jayanagar store.
Candidate with at least 5 plus years of similar experience with a degree in Computer science.
