Key Areas of Responsibility

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Must have knowledge about windows (installation/setup/reset/repair/remove, )
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Asset management and record keeping, issue asset codes in the system .
• Ensure Asset identification.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Managing and supporting a wide range of IT Project & Services including infrastructure support, helpdesk, technical support and networking.
• To Help The HR/ADMIN on cloud base system related issue and activity as and when required.
• Determine and adapt business requirements for IT solutions that support the business needs of organizations across the IT infrastructure.
• Webcam handling and related issues (setup /cabling ) related materials 
• Supporting users to increase efficiency of business operations.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and implement strategic negotiations for improved services.
• Ensure compliance/renewal of all software license. 
• Ensure regular Backup and Maintenance activity of Servers 
• Provide MIS Support 
• Vendor Management & handling /SOP preparation 
• Purchase of all IT related Items/software & hardware/Accessary. 
• Visit at Branches as when required/as per exigency of work 

Education and Background

• Candidates should have a recognized qualification for Masters/Bachelors Degree or equivalent level.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the similar profile. 
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
• Should be a self starter
• Should be hands on
• Candidates who can join on immediate basis will be given preference.
