Job Description

    • Handling outbound renewal premium payment calls and providing correct information regarding policies.
    • Motivating customers to pay the due renewal premium on time .
    • Convincing customers to revive their overdue or lapsed policies by explaining policy benefits.
    • Meeting the process target.
    • Following predefined scripts and processes to manage customer queries.
    • 100% capturing of calling dispositions and customer feedback in system.
    • Adhere to quality parameters of the process and meet all the KPIs
    • Adhere to company guidelines and maintaining professional and courteous approach while dealing customer calls .
    • Collaborate with team members and highlight issues to meet service standards.
    • Exclusively looking for

      Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada

      candidates.

Education & Experience Requirements

    • Any Graduation
    • Less than 1 year of relevant experience in insurance domain or freshers from any industry are welcome to apply.
