Role Summary


The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products/services to present solutions to customers.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the field sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
