Role Overview

: - Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with students, researchers, and professionals over phone/email, explaining the company's services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

: - Call and follow up with potential clients to explain services (PhD guidance, research paper support, editing, etc.). - Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services. - Maintain and update client database (leads, follow-ups, conversions). - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions. - Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Skills & Qualifications

: - Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - 1-4 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer handling. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). - Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
