Maintain and update HR records and employee database.
Assist in payroll processing.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Create HR Dashboards on regular basis.
Generate MIS reports on regular basis.

Required Skills/ Work Experience

Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations.
Must have experience in Employ wise Software.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
