1. To ensure availability of raw material with the adherence of Quality norms.
2. Review and assessment of change Management at Supplier end Ensuring systemic adherence through PCR and change control mechanism. 3. Maintaining at Quality rating of suppliers and circulate to VDC Actions for low rating supplier as per IATF 16946 requirement and customer specific. 4. Handling of Customer complaints due to incoming material Review of Containment actions and corrective actions Horizontal deployment of corrective actions to other suppliers.
5. Periodic audit of supplier/ancillaries for quality assessment and up-gradation.
6. Review and approval of Monthly Debit notes/Debit Advices for incoming and Line Rejections to accounts. 7. Quality assessment and Validation of new suppliers.
8. Review of PPAP documents.
9. Exposure and certified auditor of IATF 16949.
1. Knowledge of QMS, IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Supplier Quality Manuals (CSR).
2. Good leadership skills.
3. Good Communication Skills.
