Role & responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will report to Assistant Manager HR. It will be 30% Recruitment and 70% Generalist profile.

2. Attendance Management and payroll

3. Exit formalities and full and final settlements

4. Talent management

5. Talent engagement

6. Training and development

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES/KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Managing talent acquisition process through strategic sourcing through the most cost-effective sources.

2. Drive end to end recruitment cycle with the team

3. Maintain Recruitment Tracker

4. Induction/Orientation/Onboarding for new joiners

5. Payroll Processing

6. Processing of Full &Final Settlement

7. Assist in statutory compliance

8. Facilitates and follows all HR process

9. Implement HRMS system

10. Maintain attendance and leave records

11. Assist incoordination of Mediclaim Insurance processes

12. Audit of records

13. Assist in implement of policies and processes as per business requirement

14. Assist in performance review process

15. Assist in employee engagement calendar including fun@work, R&R initiatives etc.

16. Support and drive the calendar action planning and implementation

17. Assist in Identify training need through performance review, competency gap, etc

18. Assist in Conducting trainings where applicable

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Level of Education

1. Bachelors/master’s in human resource management

2. Experience: 3-5years of experience in HR domain
