Job Description

Role & responsibilities Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and conflict resolution. Coordinate the performance appraisal process , ensuring timely completion of reviews. Organize on-boarding programs for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Ensure that all HR processes comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Keep up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations that affect the manufacturing industry. Manage payroll processes , ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, overtime, and incentives. Work closely with the Health & Safety department to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all employees. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR data is accurate and confidential. Prepare HR-related reports , including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and training effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, specifically within the manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and labor requirements. Experience with HR software and systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all HR functions.
