Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Guest House to join our team at Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., located in the Beverage industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily guest house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and check-in processes.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Supervise and train front desk staff on excellent customer service practices.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or related fields, preferably in a guest house setting.
Strong knowledge of guest handling, front office operations, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
