Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Ticketing Executive at Gotripon. The Air Ticketing Executive will be responsible for booking and managing air tickets for corporate clients, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with airlines, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients visiting Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Experience in air ticket booking and management
• Good ommunication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of airline industry processes and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Knowledge of international travel requirements is a plus
