ROLE PURPOSE

Supporting vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify employee reimbursement claims.
Ensure expense and payment entries are posted to ERP
Tracking of employee advances
Verifying vendor invoices.
Booking of vendor invoices.
Updating and Capitalizing of Fixed Asset.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:

Any graduate

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ work experience
Finance or Accounts background preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

3-5 years work experience with good accounts and finance knowledge
