Executive Finance

Role Overview: You will be an Executive Finance at BYK India Private Limited, located in Pune, Maharashtra. Your primary responsibility will be managing the P2P process for all vendors while maintaining the fixed asset register and managing depreciation runs in SAP. Additionally, you will support collections, reconciliations, compliance with TDS/TCS regulations, and preparation of necessary documentation for banks, audits, and assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Creation of purchase orders (PO) for OPEX and CAPEX - Reconciliation of vendor balances, including quarterly confirmation and intercompany transactions - Collaboration with consultants and auditors during audits and assessments - Maintenance of transaction schedules for various expenses - In-depth knowledge of TDS rates, withholding tax returns, and GST compliance - Bank transactions, fixed assets management, and import/export compliance - Recording and reconciliation of fixed assets, preparation of the fixed asset register, and managing monthly depreciation runs - Physical verification of fixed assets and stock - Providing support for MIS reporting - Coordinating with auditors to provide necessary information and documentation Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate (BCom/MCom) from a recognized university/institute - Prior experience in the trading or manufacturing industry - In-depth knowledge of GST and income tax regulations in India - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel - Strong working knowledge of the SAP FICO module - Excellent English fluency, both written and oral About the Company: ALTANA is a global leader in specialty chemicals with four divisions: BYK, ECKART, ELANTAS, and ACTEGA.
