As a member of our team at Pune Foodie, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing a wide range of events and partnerships to enhance our brand presence and deliver exceptional experiences to our audience. Founded in 2024 as a part of Swiggy, Pune Foodie has established itself as a prominent digital food publication, offering insightful content on the culinary landscape of the city. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around event planning and execution, where you will work closely with internal teams to develop and manage various branded and promotional events. From conceptualizing event themes to overseeing logistical aspects such as venue selection and vendor management, you will ensure that each event aligns with our brand identity and provides a memorable experience for attendees. In addition to event management, you will be tasked with partnership development, where you will identify and establish relationships with relevant brands to enhance event value and drive brand amplification opportunities. Collaborating with partners on joint marketing strategies and initiatives will be key to maximizing reach and engagement. As a brand ambassador, you will represent Pune Foodie at events and networking functions, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with the content team, you will create promotional materials and marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate the value of our events and partnerships. Team collaboration is essential in this role, as you will liaise with content and social media teams to develop strategies that amplify the impact of partnerships and events. Coordination with the business development team is also crucial to align partnership opportunities with revenue goals and overall business objectives. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly within F&B, hospitality, or media sectors. A solid understanding of digital marketing and content creation is essential, along with at least 1 year of experience in event management, partnerships, or a related role. Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are highly valued in this position.
