Executive Dispatch

Designation: Executive Logistics - Dispatch and Warehouse

Reports to: HOD

JOB Purpose:

To prepare Sales dispatch documentations on Tally ERP.

Job Responsibilities

Primary

• Prepare necessary documents (tax invoice, Eway bill, COA, delivery note) for dispatch/sales).
• Filing Invoice, E-way Bill, and LR.
• Preparing stock statement on daily basis in Excel and Tally.
• Preparing purchase order for all suppliers.
• Preparing customer wise Performa invoice.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to Senior as and when required.

Ideal Candidate –

i) Education – Graduate – Commerce / Science / Arts

ii) Experience - Minimum 6 months - 1 year hands on Experience in preparing dispatch documentation in Tally.

iii) Languages – Marathi / Hindi & written communication fluency in English.

i) Software : MS office / Tally must

ii) Positive & challenge accepting mindset, Team man / woman as this role requires working with team & coordination with internal & external agencies significantly.

Age Bracket – Between 24-28 years

Preferably from Mumbai and /or at least living in western suburbs of Mumbai.

(Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Juhu, Kandivali, Khar, Malad, Santa Cruz & Vile Parle). Should be able to reach office in 30-35 Min

Pay: ₹10,372.42 - ₹27,575.93 per month
