Executive Director - Design & Construction

You will provide thoughtful leadership and support to the Regional D&C Lead and India Cluster Head to create well-built and well-designed progressive workspaces that align with JPMC workplace mission and standards, business operational requirements, staff wellness, and project objectives. As an India Design and Construction Executive Director within GRE, you will offer strategic leadership to stakeholders and contribute to the Global/Regional D&C Team's goals of delivering top-tier real estate solutions. Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and insights related to workplace strategy, design, sustainability, and green building practices. Your role includes creating a safe, efficient, and productive workplace that enhances staff attraction and retention. Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale projects, ensuring quality base building construction, proactive interaction with developers, and adherence to JPMC guidelines. - Manage projects to meet workplace mission, commercial objectives, technical requirements, and budget constraints. - Support Regional and India GRE Management in stakeholder engagements and presentations. - Align design and planning with LOB business objectives. - Evaluate and coordinate workplace strategies to address changing business demands. - Provide leadership in consultant selection and procurement processes. - Collaborate with various functional requirements to meet project objectives. - Ensure project delivery reflects workplace design principles, guidelines, and regulations. - Support migration and phasing plans, stack and block plans, and data analysis related to user requirements. - Offer design support and guidance to Global Design and external design teams. Required qualifications and skills: - Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in managing large corporate projects. - Strong expertise in real estate planning, financial management, and compliance. - University degree specializing in Building construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. - Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.,
