Job Title : Executive Location : Chennai Radial Plant, Chennai Reports to (Position) : Department/Function : Plant Technology (Die Shop) Purpose of the Job : Responsible for new profile die cutting & die correction, and we trial taken to profile proved and release regular production, working as per safety practices in TBR die shop. Major Responsibilities : Die trial based on the extrusion master profile. Die cutting and die correction to meet the profile compliance adherence. New Die profile & Performer’s validation Evaluate extrusion line speed As per the seclude to meet calibration instrument in internal calibration lab. Follow 5S during die shop. Follow safety standards. Skills : Basic knowledge of CNC machines, extruders, and compound behavior in extruders. Communication and presentation skills, planning skills. Interpersonal skills Relevant Experience : 0–2 years in relevant functions. Education Qualification(s) : Diploma/BE (Polymer/Rubber/Mechanical).
