Job Description

We are looking for a BDS Graduate who is passionate about exploring the business side of healthcare. This role bridges clinical knowledge with corporate exposure. The selected candidate will engage with dentists across India, promote our products, and support business growth through strategic communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with dental practitioners, implantologists, and hospitals Conduct in-house sales calls to dental professionals and clinics to introduce and pitch Bone Bank products. Support the marketing and operations team in developing dental segment strategies. Provide product details, answer queries, and coordinate for sample or demo requirements. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and client information. Collaborate with the business development team for promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Represent the company at medical exhibitions, CMEs, dental conferences, workshops, and other industry events as and when required, ensuring professional communication and brand positioning. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track communication effectiveness.
