Job Description

Executive - Customer Support (Tamil)We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive - Customer Support (Tamil) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer support principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.LocationChennai

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Excellent language skills in Tamil, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Diploma in any field (3 years) or 15+ years of education
  • Experience in voice process or a related field is an asset
