Job Description

As an experienced candidate with over 3 years of SPM and Incentive Compensation Implementation experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ICM models and reports. Your role will involve working with various Sales Performance Management solutions such as Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan, Varicent, and Xactly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize ICM modules like Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, and Presenter to build import processes, workflow processes, calculation logic, reports, and web forms. Your expertise in relational databases, dimensional databases, and programming concepts, along with basic SQL query skills, will be instrumental in your role. You will be required to create requirement documents, technical specifications, unit test plans, estimation documents, road maps, and architectural documents. Furthermore, your ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in existing code and configurations will be crucial. In this role, your business knowledge of sales compensation processes and understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles will be highly valued. Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection, and implementation planning will be beneficial. Familiarity with IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development will be an advantage. You will be expected to provide valuable insights to clients, assist in making the organization customer-centric, and lead the delivery by collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the quality of deliverables. Your ability to translate technical processes and terms for non-technical users will be essential in this role.
