3-7 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer insights, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with customer support, sales, and product teams to align CX initiatives. Monitor and improve key metrics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), NPS (Net Promoter Score), and CES (Customer Effort Score). Design and refine customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints. Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
