Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

  • Report to management and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and sort mail.
  • Copy, scan, and file documents efficiently.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements as needed.
  • Communication & Coordination:

  • Answer phone calls and forward calls to respective departments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications
