Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Executive to lead our client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
