Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef - Pan Asian located in Chennai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating Pan Asian inspired menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pan Asian cuisine and culinary arts
• Experience in menu development and culinary creativity
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
