The Lead Cook will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, preparing Japanese cuisine, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met on a daily basis. Qualifications Japanese culinary skills Experience in Japanese cuisine preparation Specialized in Ramen, Gyoza, Katsu, Yakitori Knowledge of food safety standards Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Culinary degree or certification Show more Show less
