Job Description

- The ISM will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities within the edtech space in Mumbai. - The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients as well as working closely with the marketing team to identify emerging market trends, develop marketing strategies, and promote the uFaber brand. - The Business Development Manager must also have strong negotiation and closing skills and be able to lead presentations and demonstrations of our services. Job location : Mumbai/WFH Designation : BDE/ISM Experience : 1 to 4 years Qualifications : - Experience in B2C sales, business development - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Fluent in English and Hindi - Team handling experience is a plus Immediate joiners preferred
