Hello Jobseekers,

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Business Development team. This role offers the opportunity to learn how global IT service sales work from lead generation to client relationships and deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across global markets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and online platforms.
  • Assist in pitching company services such as Software Development, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation, Cloud Services, and IT Consulting.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and trackers for leads and pipelines.
  • Support sales team in proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.

Skills Were Looking For :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding or interest in IT and digital technologies.
  • Confidence in interacting with prospects or clients.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, or sales tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and take initiative.
