As a Business Analyst at Gramik, an agri-tech startup based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for evaluating performance data across B2C and B2B verticals, analyzing rural market data, and proposing strategies to enhance growth, streamline supply chains, and enhance farmer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze performance data from Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), retail sales, supply chain, and marketing campaigns to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Field Ops, Product, Sales, and Marketing to comprehend ground-level challenges and develop scalable solutions. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of farmer surveys and feedback loops. - Evaluate the effectiveness of demand-generation activities and digital advertising to maximize ROI. - Support pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory planning based on real-time data. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) concerning VLE engagement, district/block-level sales trends, and franchise performance. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology and product teams.
