Job Description

Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. Following admission guideline protocols while performing admission of patients Handle phone calls in absence of customer care team Understanding patient s needs and provide billing services as necessary Handling cash / petty cash vouchers Ensure that all services are billed before the patient leaves the hospital Ensuring acknowledgment from patients on all hospital procedures Providing cost estimation and financial clearance for patients Preparing interim bills and counselling patients on outstanding expenses Preparing final bills according to the agreed package or tariffs

Job Specifications:

Qualification: Degree in Accounting or similar stream Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing similar roles in hospitals Technical Skills: Accounting, Record Management, MS office Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, practice conflict resolution Communication Skills: Good command over English, Kannada. Ability to resolve problems through effective communication
