Executive - BD

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE/B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering along with an MBA in Marketing Management. With 2 to 7 years of relevant experience, you will be based in Makarpura, Vadodara, with a salary range of 5.00 to 8.00 LPA. Your primary responsibilities will include direct customer interaction and lead generation, especially with Gujarat Utilities such as DISCOMs. Regular travel within your designated territory (Gujarat Market) for 15-20 days a month will be required. Proficiency in tendering activities both online and offline, fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages is essential. You should possess expertise in generating business opportunities, preparing MIS reports, delivering presentations to customers, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating with the headquarters in Vadodara. Familiarity with Electrical Equipment testing, specifications, and codes will be advantageous. A customer-centric approach, a positive attitude, adaptability to change, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure are key attributes for success in this role. Working knowledge of ERP and CRM modules, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, is preferred.
