Job Profile - Bank Guarantee Operations

Bank Guarantee (BG) Operations

• Manage the end-to-end issuance and amendment process of Bank Guarantees, acting as the primary liaison between Banks, Clients, and internal Applicants to ensure timely execution.
• Review BG text drafts critically to identify onerous clauses and ensure terms align with organizational risk policies.
• Serve as the central point of contact for relationship management with bank trade desks and internal BG coordinators.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of the BG portfolio with bank records.
• Prepare MIS for senior management.

Bank Guarantee (BG) Portal/Application Handling

• Administered and maintained the Bank Guarantee (BG) Portal including data updation.
• Facilitated audits and reconciliation by retrieving expired BG records.

Bank Accounts (BA) Portal/Application Handling

• Managed the full lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, signatory updates, and closure (rationalization).
• Coordinated with banking partners to ensure timely submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and regulatory compliance for all accounts.
• Performed regular reconciliation between the Bank Account Portal and Liquidice (Treasury System) to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
