Job Description

- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us introduce our premium product offerings to high-end business clients. - As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers at potential client organizations, identifying their needs, and introducing our premium products as solutions. - This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established brand and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to businesses (B2B) to introduce and promote our premium products. - Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Marketing Directors, etc.) within targeted organizations. - Build rapport and establish trust with high-level executives to generate interest in our offerings. - Understand the client's requirements and position our products as the ideal solution. - Provide detailed product information and answer client queries regarding features, benefits, pricing, etc. - Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or follow-up calls for further discussions. - Maintain a well-organized CRM system with up-to-date information on prospects and clients. - Continuously track and report on performance metrics to ensure high conversion rates. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. - Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in B2B sales, tele calling, or inside sales (preferably in a premium product/service environment). - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. - Excellent hold on English with clear enunciations and no MTI. - Ability to engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers confidently. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Target-driven and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals. - Ability to adapt quickly to new products and market trends. - Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
