Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive-FS-Assurance-ASU in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple client departments. Provide technical expertise and guidance on accounting and auditing standards, including IFRS and US GAAP. Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems using practical and insightful approaches. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve service delivery. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent client service. ### Job Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, including financial reporting and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
