About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founders. This role requires strong business acumen, communication excellence, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-priority tasks with discretion. You will act as the Founders right handmanaging calendars, coordinating key priorities, supporting strategic projects, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for the Founders Prepare meeting briefs, note, and ensure follow-up on action items Handle confidential information with discretion 2. Coordination & Communication ¢ Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders ¢ Draft emails, presentations, and business communication as required ¢ Ensure timely flow of information and updates across teams 3. Project & Priority Management ¢ Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables for the Founders ¢ Support basic research, data gathering, and preparation of review materials ¢ Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities 4. Operational Support ¢ Organize leadership meetings, reviews, and offsites ¢ Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the Founders Office EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS ¢ Bachelors degree: MBA preferred but not mandatory ¢ 37 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Founders Office/Chief of Staff/Business Operations role ¢ Excellent communicationwritten and verbal ¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills ¢ Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate under pressure ¢ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and productivity tools ¢ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
