Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This includes managing the CEO's diary, handling expense reports, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of the executive office.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as Expense Reports and Diary Management
• Experience in general Administrative Assistance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
