Job Description

As the Executive Assistant to the VPs/AVPs, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting the leadership team. Your responsibilities include efficiently managing calendars, processing reimbursements, coordinating banking activities, and acting as a liaison with the driver when necessary. Additionally, you will organize travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as a primary point of contact for executives, staff, clients, and external partners. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism is a key aspect of your role, along with providing support for special projects and initiatives as required. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO/Founders/VPs/AVPs. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are essential, along with strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with travel booking software are required, and knowledge of travel regulations and protocols would be advantageous.,
