Job Description: You will be joining DripHero, a fast-growing agritech company that specializes in delivering innovative drip & sprinkler irrigation solutions across India. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Board of Directors by managing their schedules, communications, confidential information, and strategic initiatives. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operations of the board and help in building sustainable agriculture for the future. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, travel plans, and meeting schedules for Board Members - Coordinate board meetings & prepare agendas, reports, minutes & presentations - Maintain accurate records, timelines & confidential files - Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors & partners - Support investor relations, legal documentation, and compliance tasks - Track key projects & ensure timely follow-ups on board directives - Conduct business research & assist in strategic planning activities - Handle communication with professionalism & confidentiality Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree (Business, Management, Communications, or related field) - Experience: 2+ years in executive support / operations / management role - Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred - Skills: Excellent communication & time-management skills, Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & communication tools, Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality & work independently, Business writing, presentation & documentation skills,
