Executive Assistant to MD

Experience - 1 - 5 years as Executive Assistant
Work location - Iswarya Hospital, OMR, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for theManaging Director, ensuring all materials are accurate and ready for review.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling communication with internal and external stakeholders, including filtering calls, emails, and messages with excellent English communication skills.
• Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring the Managing Director's time is managed effectively and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
