Opportunity Summary

Direct reporting to the Managing Director/CEO

The EA will play a critical role in helping in initiating and executing overall strategies for the organization and work closely with the CEO's office. The role of the EA will be to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO's office, various verticals, documentation of future strategic plans, business excellence and creating all dashboards and review decks for the management

This role needs someone who is passionate about growth, process, product and has proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder alignment, project management & driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with vertical heads to document KPIs of each vertical, create MIS for the same & continue to track these KPIs on behalf of the management.
• Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.
• Ensure all initiatives from the CEO's office are well managed.
• Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, vertical heads & teams to implement and institutionalize change.
• Work on the organizational strategic levers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.
• Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.
• Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects & initiatives and work out possible solutions.
• Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.
• Create Dashboards and presentation decks for management.
• Drive business excellence initiatives across various verticals

Qualifications

We are looking candidates with the following characteristics

• 5 years of significant strategy, consulting or operational experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication style, with a creative and innovative flair
• Experience of working in chaotic startup environments is a definite plus.
• Excellent in critical thinking skills, well-organized & detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create high level meetings leveraging support from the research, analyst, marketing, client engagement & management teams.
• Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships.
• High influencing skills, with a confident, proactive and methodical approach, should be able to multitask & meet tight deadlines, ownership to work. independently with remote supervision, disciplined & adherence to high-quality standards.
• Ability to interact with equal ease and flair, across different experience levels including CxO level, and ranging across different personality styles and job profiles.
• Engineering / Marketing / Management degree will be a success enabler for this role. MBA in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, or related fields.
• Exposure/background from construction industry including but not limited to building materials, architecture, civil engineering, contracting, etc will be a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
